1.Discussion on the Cultivation of Medical Students' Medical Humanistic Spirit from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

The ideological and political education of medical students is an indispensable part of medical education.Strengthening the ideological and political education of medical students and cultivating the medical humanistic spirit will contribute to the benign development of the medical industry in the long run.Starting from ideological and political education of medical students,this paper explored the training path of medical students' medical humanistic spirit from the perspective of ideological and political education in the aspects of deepening the content of medical humanistic education,expanding the form of medical humanistic education,perfecting the evaluation of medical humanistic education,and integrating ideological and political education with clinical practice.
2.Effect of ephedra water extract on liver injury induced by cisplatin

Objective To study the effect of water extract of ephedra on hepatic injury induced by cisplatin in rats. Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into the blank group, model group, and ephedra water extract was divided into the low dose group, medium and high dose group. Ephedra water extract in the low, medium dose group, high dose group were 100, 200, 400 mg/kg. The normal saline of equal volume was used in the blank group and model group, once a day for 10 days. In addition to the blank group, the other groups were given cisplatin (8 mg/kg) on the 6th day to establish the model of liver injury in rats. The changes of body weight, serum ALT, AST and liver MDA, NO, SOD, GSH were detected by biochemical method. The pathological changes of liver tissue were observed by the staining. Results On the 3rd day and 5th day after administration of cisplatin, the body weight of the rats in the low, medium and high dose group were significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the serum AST (328.00 ± 168.00 U/L, 297.00 ± 139.00 U/L vs. 409.00 ± 364.00 U/L), ALT (122.00 ± 76.00 U/L, 97.00 ± 64.00 U/L vs. 198.00 ± 156.00 U/L) in the medium-, high- dose group significantly decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The content of SOD (34.98 ± 7.40 U/mg, 41.80 ± 8.10 U/mg vs. 12.70 ± 3.10 U/mg), GSH (16.90 ± 1.70 mg/g, 22.70 ± 3.70 mg/g vs. 9.90 ± 1.30 mg/g) in the medium-, high- dose group significantly increased,while the content of MDA (3.20 ± 0.60 nmol/ml, 2.20 ± 0.30 nmol/ml vs. 4.30 ± 0.70 nmol/ml), NO (0.90 ± 0.10 μmol/L, 0.80 ± 0.20 μmol/L vs. 1.20 ± 0.30 μmol/L) significantly decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The ephedra water extract can protect the liver injury induced by cisplatin in rats.
3.Clinical Experience of LI Yan in Treating Coronary Heart Disease from the Spleen and Stomach

Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common cardiovascular disease in clinic,which can be classified as"chest qi-obstruction"and"heart pain"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor LI Yan believes that CHD can be differentiated as the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,and the deficiency in origin is characterized by the deficiency of spleen and the failure of spleen and stomach in transportation,while the excess in superficiality manifests as the obstruction of visible pathogens such as phlegm turbidity,blood stasis,qi stagnation,and cold accumulation.The clinical treatment should focus on regulating the spleen and stomach,using Astragali Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Codonopsis Radix,Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus to strengthen the spleen and nourish the heart in order to treat the root cause.Moreover,therapies of activating yang to remove turbidity,activating blood to remove stasis,soothing liver to rectify qi,and warming yang to dissipate the cold can be adopted.Therefore,the symptom and root cause will be treated simultaneously,the unblocking and supplementing effect will be achieved,and then the spleen-qi is vigorous,the heart qi is in abundance,the blood stasis and the phlegm are removed,and the chest yang can be stretched.As a result,the heart vessels are unblocked,and the symptoms of chest qi-obstruction will be relieved.Professor LI Yan's experience from the perspective of spleen and stomach can provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CHD with traditional Chinese medicine.
4.Progress in targeting the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway for the treatment of cervical cancer

[摘 要] 宫颈癌是一种发病率和转移率均较高的妇科癌症。尽管手术、放射、化学治疗在宫颈癌治疗中取得了显著的临床效果,但仍存在一定的局限性,因此亟需新的治疗药物。近年研究发现,Wnt/β-catenin 信号通路在宫颈癌发生发展、转移、耐药等过程中起关键性作用。Wnt/β-catenin信号途径参与宫颈癌的发生发展和远处转移及对化疗药物的耐受性;天然化合物如中药白藜芦醇和黄芩素等及合成化合物如伊曲康唑等均可通过此信号通路发挥抗宫颈癌的作用;非编码RNA和一些蛋白分子均可以通过此通路影响宫颈癌的发生发展。研究说明,Wnt/β-catenin信号途径是宫颈癌治疗的潜在靶点。本文归纳宫颈癌中Wnt/β-catenin信号途径的作用,以期为宫颈癌的临床研究与新药开发提供参考依据。
5.Ultrasound for assisting acupuncture therapy

Acupuncture therapy needs to cause enough somatosensory stimulation to achieve therapeutic effect.How to identify the site and depth before acupuncture,assess therapeutic effect after acupuncture and ensure the safety of treatment are the points for clinical application of acupuncture therapy,but no standard objective and quantitative access has been achieved.Under assistance of ultrasound,precise positioning before acupuncture,visualization of anatomical structures and quantification of the depth during acupuncture became feasible.The research progresses of ultrasound for assisting acupuncture therapy were reviewed in this article.
6.Preliminary study on serum pharmacochemistry of Shijing pill

Objective To conduct serum pharmacochemistry study onShijing pill. Methods HPLC fingerprints of serum in rats after takingShijingpill were established,the serun samples after takingShijing pill, decoction without one of the component drugs and single crude drug were compared,the transitional constituents absorbed into the blood and the original crude after takingShijing pill was determined.Results Fourteen transitional constituents were detected in rat blood after takingShijing pill,four of which were permanent component of blood,seven of which were prototype constituents,three of which were metabolites. Conclusions Some of chemical composition ofShijing pill was clarified preliminarily,that contributes to further studying pharmacodynamic meterial foundation ofShijing pill.
7.In Silico Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of Chalcone Synthase Gene from Ribes Americanum

Objective:To study the in silico cloning and bioinformatics of chalcone synthase gene from Ribes americanum. Meth-ods:Ribes nigrum chalcone synthase sequence and Ribes americanum were cloned by retrieving the EST database as the querying probe, which were assembled by CAP3 sequence assembly program, and the bioinformatics database and related software were used to predict the structure and perform the function analysis. Results:Bioinformatical analysis showed chalcone synthase gene encoded 1423 bp and contained a 1173bp ORF, the protein was with 390 amino acid, which was a hydrophilic protein located in cytoplasm including three transmembrane regions with the secondary structure composed of alpha helix. Conclusion:The study is helpful to the further ex-planation for the molecular function mechanism of chalcone synthase gene from Ribes americanum.
8.Effects of Shenfu Injection on the Damage of Kidney with Acute Pan-creatitis in Rats

Objective To investigate the protective effects of ShenFu injection on kidney of experimental acute pancreatitis in mrs. Methods Twenty and one Wister rats were randomized into the sham-operated group,AP group and Shenfu group. The plasma level of MDA,MPO,SOD,TNF-α and the kidney level of MDA、ON、SOD and historical scores was determined. Results The values of plasma SOD、MDA、MPO、TNF-α and the kidney of MDA、ON and historical scores in Shenfu-gronp were higher than that in the sham-operated group but lower than that in AP group. The values of SOD of plasma and kidney in Shenfu group is higher than that in AP but lower than that in the sharm-operated group. Coneluion Shenfu injection can protect the early injure of kidney of severe acute panereatitis,which mechanism may be to improve the kidney microcirculation,to reduce the production of TNF-α,to decrease the inflammation of plasma and kidney and to decrease the injure of oxygen free radicals.
9.Research progress on bipolar disorder and pregnancy complications and neonatal risk

Pregnant women with bipolar disorder(BD)are a high-risk pregnancy state.Necessary psychotropic drug treatment,special stress reactions,bad living habits,and fluctuations in pregnancy hormones all increase the risk of pregnancy to a certain extent.Risks of complications such as hypertension,gestational diabetes,premature birth and spontaneous abortion.Drugs can penetrate the placental blood-brain barrier and enter the maternal-fetal microcirculation.Combined with the effects of genetic genes and the environment,they can induce neurodevelopmental abnormalities in the fetus,leading to congenital malformations,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,autism spectrum disorder and other diseases after birth.The mode of delivery may also be affected.Women with BD often give birth by caesarean section.It is particularly important to weigh the choice of drug types and dosages,which will help improve the accuracy of clinical risk management and disease control of pregnancy-related mental disorders.
10.Mechanism study of Taraxaci Herba in the treatment of breast cancer based on network pharmacology

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Taraxaci Herba in the treatment of breast cancer by screening out the active ingredients and targets, so as to construct a herb-ingredient-disease-target network based on network pharmacology. Methods:Based on Batman TCM, PubChem, SwissTargePrediction database and GeneCards and OMIM database to screen out active ingredients and corresponding targets of Taraxaci Herba by using Cytoscape software to construct the interactive network among medicine and disease to screen out the potential ingredients and targets of Taraxaci Herba in the treatment of breast cancer. Finally, the information of signaling pathway was obtained after the GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis were performed based on R softwares, and to explore the mechanism of action. Results:Expect to get 8 active ingredients, and 42 targets gene. And futher predict that the mechanism may relate to MicroRNAs in cancer signaling pathway, mTOR signaling pathway, Prolactin signaling pathway and RNA polymerase Ⅱ proximal promoter sequence-specific DNA signaling pathway. Among the pathways, Akt1, PTGS2, ESR1, NFKB1 and AR genes may play a crucial role.Conclusion:The effect of Taraxaci Herba on breast cancer is multi-component, multi-target and multi-channel, which provides a basis for further understanding the mechanism and further research of dandelion in treating breast cancer.
