Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2017;41(3):195-197
[Objective] We will sum up the relevant rules of the treatment of such diseases in the Treatise on Fevers by the pathogenesis of Sini Powder for improving the clinical curative effects.s [Method] The article quotes the original text of the Treatise on Fevers and analyzes the related criticisms by the other physicians, analyzes and summarizes the disciplinarian of the pathogenesis of SiNi decoction.By the way,we will present the application of the disciplinarian in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases.[Result] We find that Sini Powder is used to develop the condition of ShaoYin sickness,qi depression conceals the developing direction. So ZHANG Zhongjing eliminated the qi depression to know the developing direction firstly.According to the direction,he decided what was the best therapeutic schedule.[Conclusion] The pathogenesis of Sini decoction is the quintessence of SuiZhengZhiZhi,a thought of the Treatise on Fevers. We should understand and master the quintessence, improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment efficacy.
2.The research status of using of physical restraint and restraint minimization act
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2018;34(3):235-240
Physical restraint is a conventional nursing practice at home and abroad. AS the use of physical restraint in the hospital, the risk has been increasingly emerging. Many scholars have already realized the necessity of Restraint Minimization Act and the voices of reducing the using of physical restraint run high constantly. Therefore, this paper would review the status quo of the using of physical restraint, advantages and disadvantages, ethical issue, influencing factors and restraint minimization act domestic and international, so as to provide help and support for further research.
3.Review on Post-ICU follow-up care
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2018;34(36):2868-2871
After leaving the ICU, many ICU patients and their families will be affected by the long-term effects of physical, psychological and social dysfunction, which will affect their recovery and quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to provide follow-up care services for this group. The follow-up of ICU after more than 20 years of development has a positive effect on helping patients and their families cope with various problems after ICU and promoting comprehensive rehabilitation of patients. This article reviews the development of follow-up care after ICU, the follow-up care model after ICU, and the common tools for follow-up care after ICU, which provides reference and basis for follow-up nursing practice in domestic ICU.
4.Clinical research progress on cervical persistent human papillomavirus infection
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2018;41(4):348-353
Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor of women, which is caused by human papillomavirus(HPV) infection especially high risk HPV infection(HR-HPV).According to the statistics from the World Health Organization (WHO),the incidence and fatality rate of cervical cancers are obviously rising and getting younger in resent years, which seriously threatens the health of women. In China, the mortality of cervical cancer is the first in the female reproductive tract malignant tumor.Although cervical cancer screening has received more and more attention, which reduces the risk of cervical cancer,it does not prevent the necessary factors of cervical cancer,i.e.the HPV infection. Therefore, effective prevention and treatment methods are urgently needed to control the occurrence and development of HPV infection. Both Chinese and Western medicine have made significant progress in the treatment of persistent HPV infection, and they have own advantages and can complement each other. The combination of Chinese and Western medicine is expected to be an effective way to treat cervical persistent HPV infection.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2022;42(10):668-674
Osteoclast is a type of multinuclear giant cell, which plays a role in bone resorption in the homeostasis of bone mass. Excessive bone resorption leads to osteoporosis and other diseases characterized by decreased bone mass. Ca 2+ metabolism plays an important role as a second messenger in the differentiation, migration, fusion and bone resorption of osteoclast. The transient receptor potential vanilloid (TRPV) ion channel is expressed in a variety of cells, including osteoclast. Current studies have found that the TRPV ion channel can participate in the production and bone resorption function of osteoclast by increasing intracellular Ca 2+ concentration and calcium oscillations. This article reviews the relationship between the TRPV ion channel and the changes of Ca 2+ concentration and the potential mechanisms involved in osteoclast activity, so as to provide a reference for further research on diseases characterized by abnormally increased activation of osteoclast in the future.
6.Prevention and caring of children's tic disorders based on incubative evil theory
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2022;44(11):1201-1205
Tic disorder (TD) is a common neuro-developmental disorders in children during school age. The cause is complex and it can be induced or aggravated by varies of factors such as genetics, exogenous pathogens, and emotions. TD affects children's self-cognition, academic level, and social function, and causes parents to have unhealthy psychological states such as anxiety and depression, and affects family harmony. Therefore, clinical attention should not only be paid to the treatment of this disease, but also to prevention and nursing care. Incubative evil theory is one of the important theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This theory can help to treat and prevent diseases. Incubative evil is characterized by no symptoms with spontaneous attack by latent pathogen, but symptoms appearance induced by the pathogen. The pathological process of TD is similar to incubative evil characteristics. This paper discusses the prevention and nursing care of children's tic disorder based on the theory of incubative evil.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2023;42(3):361-365
Diabetic foot ulcers are common in elderly people with diabetes.Ongoing research is aimed at unraveling the complicated molecular mechanisms underlying diabetic foot ulcers. The role of cellular aging in delayed healing of diabetic foot ulcers has been recognized.Analyzing the relationship between cellular aging and diabetic foot ulcers, examining how cellular aging delays the healing of diabetic foot wounds, and identifying treatment methods for the removal of senescent cells and for slowing down cellular senescence will provide new therapeutic targets and strategies for the development of drugs for diabetic foot ulcers.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2018;34(5):396-400
Objective Bibliometric analysis on research status and developing trends of work engagement of nurse in China, so as to provide reference and theoretical guidance for further research. Methods All published papers on work engagement of nurses were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database before July 2017 with the keywords "nurse" "nursing" "medical staff" "health personal""work engagement" "occupational engagement". Results A total of 189 included articles were published in 65 kinds of Chinese journals, and the number of publication tends to rose every year.Among them, the number of papers published by core periodicals accounted for 70.67% and the proportion of fund literature was 17.99%. There were 170 of survey studies, accounting for 89.95% of the total amount of literature. The main content of the included studies were the research on the relationship between organizational support, psychological capital, turnover intention and the work engagement of nurses. Conclusion Study on nurses′ work engagement in China is still in the initial stage and with the development rapidly. However, the depth and scope of these research is not enough, and the types and contents are relatively simple. The follow- up study should focus on theoretical construction and intervention research.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2018;34(33):2638-2641
Risk assessment of periodontitis can identify high-risk groups, predict individual periodontitis status, and contribute to periodontitis disease management. Therefore, the current review of several foreign periodontitis risk assessment systems provides a guide for clinical selection of periodontitis risk assessment systems.
