4.Clinical research progress on cervical persistent human papillomavirus infection
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2018;41(4):348-353
Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor of women, which is caused by human papillomavirus(HPV) infection especially high risk HPV infection(HR-HPV).According to the statistics from the World Health Organization (WHO),the incidence and fatality rate of cervical cancers are obviously rising and getting younger in resent years, which seriously threatens the health of women. In China, the mortality of cervical cancer is the first in the female reproductive tract malignant tumor.Although cervical cancer screening has received more and more attention, which reduces the risk of cervical cancer,it does not prevent the necessary factors of cervical cancer,i.e.the HPV infection. Therefore, effective prevention and treatment methods are urgently needed to control the occurrence and development of HPV infection. Both Chinese and Western medicine have made significant progress in the treatment of persistent HPV infection, and they have own advantages and can complement each other. The combination of Chinese and Western medicine is expected to be an effective way to treat cervical persistent HPV infection.
5.Prevention and caring of children's tic disorders based on incubative evil theory
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2022;44(11):1201-1205
Tic disorder (TD) is a common neuro-developmental disorders in children during school age. The cause is complex and it can be induced or aggravated by varies of factors such as genetics, exogenous pathogens, and emotions. TD affects children's self-cognition, academic level, and social function, and causes parents to have unhealthy psychological states such as anxiety and depression, and affects family harmony. Therefore, clinical attention should not only be paid to the treatment of this disease, but also to prevention and nursing care. Incubative evil theory is one of the important theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This theory can help to treat and prevent diseases. Incubative evil is characterized by no symptoms with spontaneous attack by latent pathogen, but symptoms appearance induced by the pathogen. The pathological process of TD is similar to incubative evil characteristics. This paper discusses the prevention and nursing care of children's tic disorder based on the theory of incubative evil.

Osteoclast is a type of multinuclear giant cell, which plays a role in bone resorption in the homeostasis of bone mass. Excessive bone resorption leads to osteoporosis and other diseases characterized by decreased bone mass. Ca 2+ metabolism plays an important role as a second messenger in the differentiation, migration, fusion and bone resorption of osteoclast. The transient receptor potential vanilloid (TRPV) ion channel is expressed in a variety of cells, including osteoclast. Current studies have found that the TRPV ion channel can participate in the production and bone resorption function of osteoclast by increasing intracellular Ca 2+ concentration and calcium oscillations. This article reviews the relationship between the TRPV ion channel and the changes of Ca 2+ concentration and the potential mechanisms involved in osteoclast activity, so as to provide a reference for further research on diseases characterized by abnormally increased activation of osteoclast in the future.

Diabetic foot ulcers are common in elderly people with diabetes.Ongoing research is aimed at unraveling the complicated molecular mechanisms underlying diabetic foot ulcers. The role of cellular aging in delayed healing of diabetic foot ulcers has been recognized.Analyzing the relationship between cellular aging and diabetic foot ulcers, examining how cellular aging delays the healing of diabetic foot wounds, and identifying treatment methods for the removal of senescent cells and for slowing down cellular senescence will provide new therapeutic targets and strategies for the development of drugs for diabetic foot ulcers.
8.Research status of small ubiquitin-like molecules modification in lung development
The Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology 2024;40(4):624-628
Small ubiquitin-like molecules(SUMO)regulate the function of a variety of cells by binding to target proteins.SUMO modification plays an important role in embryonic development, including heart, brain, liver, etc.Factors involved in lung development and maturation are regulated by SUMO modification, such as hypoxia-inducible factor,CCAAT enhancer-binding protein α,forkhead box protein M1,vascular endothelial-derived growth factor, and bone morphogenetic protein 4,thus affecting their activities and stabilities. Therefore, the SUMO modification status of target protein is the key to explore the development process of fetal lung.In this paper,we reviewed the research literature of SUMO mediated lung development in recent years, and combined with the research basis of our research group for many years, reviewed the factors regulating lung development and the SUMO status,in order to provide ideas for the study of drugs for effective prevention and treatment of pulmonary dysplasia.
