Role of acupuncture in the treatment of stroke in the subacute phase

Abstract: 本文探讨中风康复治疗配合针刺对亚急性期中风患者的运动功能、ADL和QOL的影响。选择亚急性期中风患者45例，随机分为对照组（21人）和针刺治疗组（24人）。治疗前后的运动功能评估用MAS方法，ADL评分用Sunnaas ADL指数，QOL评价用NHP方法。所有患者都接受物理疗法、作业疗法等常规康复训练，针刺治疗组除和对照组一样常规康复训练外，还用头针疗法。两组患者的运动功能、ADL均有所提高，针刺组提高更显著；但只有针刺组患者QOL有显著提高。结果表明，针刺治疗在亚急性期中风患者的康复治疗中有效。
