- Abstract: C4以下脊髓损伤（SCI）患者肺功能中用力呼气高峰流速等多项指标明显低于胸腰段的患者，其主动排痰能力明显下降，常导致肺部感染及窒息等合并症。及时排出呼吸道分泌物，可减少呼吸系统合并症。体位排痰、雾化吸入、早期站立训练等有助于排痰及残存肺功能的提高。
