- Abstract: 假性球麻痹是脑血管意外患者的常见并发症，不但给患者带来一定的痛苦，直接影响到患者的康复，还常常因误咽引起窒息的危险。作者通过临床观察及研究，科学地总结了吞咽训练的方法及护理经验，帮助患者早日恢复吞咽功能，减少并发症的发生，提高护理水平，具有一定的临床意义。
