Surgical treatment of lower limb deformities in spastic cerebral palsy

Abstract: 目的：探讨手术治疗痉挛型脑瘫的疗效。方法：同期随机采用下肢肌／肌腱切断、闭孔神经前枝切除术（A组）和肌腱／肌切开延长术和闭孔神经前枝切除术（B组）两种方法治疗痉挛型脑瘫下肢畸形共96例，术后功能锻炼，随访3年。进行疗效分析和χ2检验。结果：临床评估优、良、改善率为，A组分别为21．43％、51．43％、27．14％。B组分别为24．62％、57．69％、7．69％。结论：手术治疗痉挛型脑瘫下肢畸形疗效较好，并以B组方式更优。
