Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the relationship between the activity of serum lactic dehyrogenase (LDH) and retromorphosis osteoarthropathy.MethodsSerum lactic dehydrogenase of 148 cases with retromorphosis osteoarthropathy (retromorphosis group) were exzamed, comparing with LDH of 138 normal subjects(control group). ResultsThe mean value of LDH in retromorphosis group was 199.28±91.64 while that in the control group was 183.85±69.46.There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Retromorphosis osteoarthropathy may not affect the activity of serum lactic dehydrogenase.
