Abstract: Middle-aged women experienced foreign body sensation in both eyes without obvious causes for many days. The clinician tried to diagnose the patient according to her physical and laboratory examinations. After detecting worm bodies in the patient′s eye, and examining the worms with a microscope, the diagnosis of conjunctival sucking nematodes was confirmed. After targeted treatment, the patient′s symptoms improved significantly.
