Abstract: One case of de novo donor specific antibody(dnDSA)mediated rejection after pediatric kidney transplantation(KT)was analyzed retrospectively.The risk factors and prevention procedures associated with dnDSA induction, and the clinical features and protocols for late post-transplant antibody-mediated rejection(AMR)in pediatric patients were presented.
