- Abstract: Pustular psoriasis is a serious life-threatening disease, and patients usually show poor response to traditional treatments. In recent years, interleukin-17 and interleukin-23 inhibitors have shown favorable efficacy in the treatment of psoriasis. This review summarizes the latest progress in interleukin-17 and interleukin-23 inhibitors for the treatment of pustular psoriasis.
