- Abstract: 目的研究脑卒中偏瘫患者使用平衡板康复训练对其立位平衡的影响。方法26例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为受试者,分别对其使用平衡板训练前后进行平衡能力定量评定。结果患者使用平衡板训练后,平衡障碍明显好转(P<0.01)。结论使用平衡板训练能改善偏瘫患者的立位平衡。
