Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the effect of Xiangdan point injection in upper limb spasticity after stroke. Methods56 cases were divided into two groups: 28 cases for treatment group were treated with point injection Xiangdan, combined with routine therapy. Another 28 cases for control were only routinely therapy. ResultsThe cure rate of the treatment group was 29% ,the effective rates was 100%, while that of control group was 11% and 25% respectively (P<0.01).Conclusions Xiangdan point injection is more effective in upper limb spasticity after stroke than only routine therapy.
