Patients in both groups received routine treatment and nursing care, on this basis, the study group received peer support service once or twice a week for 12 weeks, and the control group received the same peer support service at the end of the study. Before and at the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th and 12th week of the treatment, Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL) and Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) were used to evaluate the activities of daily living and social function of the two groups. ResultsThe ADL scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at the 8th week and 12th week of the treatment ( t=-2.420, -2.814, P<0.05 or 0.01) . The SDSS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at the 8th week an 12th week of the treatment (t=-2.057, -2.322, P<0.05) .
