- Abstract: Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia and Turner Syndrome are not very rare diseases. However, their combination may be confounding. Presented here is a case of a 54 year old nulligravid, with primary amenorrhea, short stature, absent breast development, hirsutism, signs of virilization, and clitoromegaly who came in due to hypogastric pain and an enlarging palpable hypogastric mass. Diagnostic procedures and surgical management are discussed.
