Effect of drug injection with strengthening training on motor function in patients with craniocerebral injury

Abstract: 目的探讨药物注射配合强化训练对颅脑损伤患者运动功能的影响。方法将60例住院颅脑损伤患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组在常规综合康复治疗基础上加用针对性药物注射治疗及强化训练,而对照组单纯采用康复治疗。两个疗程(20天/疗程)后,采用Fugl- Meyer运动功能量表评定两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者的运动功能均有改善 ,但治疗组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论药物注射配合强化训练能够明显改善颅脑损伤患者的运动功能。
