Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the character of severe cognitive deficit caused by topiramate(TPM) administration in epileptic patients.Methods3 epileptic patients who suffered from severe cognitive deficit following topramate treatment were analyzed.Results and ConclusionTheir verbal functions were often affected especially the fluency of speech, as well as their memory and calculation.
