Abstract:
It’s been passed over 100 years that surgical treatments have been applied to removal of brain tumors (hypophisis) andneurosurgeons of many countries have introduced a number of different neurosurgical procedures. It’s been noticed thatresearchers and neurosurgical scientists consider that trans-sphenoidal approach is the most viable and reliable optionwhere adequate identification and formulation of diagnoses have been achieved.
