Abstract:
The objective of this research is to evaluate the anterior loop length of the inferior alveolar nerve with panoramic radiography in Mongolian women. n the research, panoramic radiography of patients from 2011.09.10 to 2012.05.10 were selected with certain criteria from the archive of the School of Dentistry, Health sciences university of Mongolia. A total of 126 patients’ panoramic radiography were selected who were above 16 years of age, and were measured in I-VIEW 2D program into 5 age group categorization. rom the focus group data, the age group of 16 to 19 years of age had the longest anterior loop length of the inferior alveolar nerve of 6.64mm, and the mental canal is directed towards to the posterosuperior by 105 (43.2%).
