Abstract: Progressive Hemifacial Atrophy, also known as Parry-Romberg Syndrome, is an uncommon degenerative and poorly understood condition. It is characterized by a slow and progressive atrophy affecting mostly one side of the face along with ophthalmic and neurological complications. The disease is said to overlap with linear scleroderma. No dearth of speculation has been unturned to find the causative agent since it was first described. A case report of 35 years old, female is presented.
