As methods of ureteral reimplantation, antireflux procedure with psoas-vesico hitch in 5 cases, direct anastomosis with psoas-vesico hitch in 2 cases and Boari operation with psoas-vesico hitch in 3. In cases of ureterocutaneous fistula, ureterovaginal fistula and lower ureteral obstruction, the excellent results made by ureteral reimplantation and psoas-hitch procedure were presented. But 1 case of ureterocutaneous fistula of secondary nephrectomy was caused by continuous urineleakage.
