- Abstract: 在地震中,颅脑外伤极为常见,其救治过程特点为:发生突然、时间急、伤员多、伤情复杂、抢救难度大。治疗细节决定救治的成败。在早期治疗中,主要是维持生命体征,为原发性脑损伤提供恢复条件,避免继发性脑损伤。尽早转运到后方专科医院治疗,减少死亡及伤残率。
