Abstract:
The gastosplenic fistula is found rarely by upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. The gastrosplenic fistula is associated not only with malignant diseases, such as malignant lymphoma, but also with benign diseases, such as a peptic ulcer. We report a case of a gastrosplenic fistula caused by malignant lymphoma of the spleen.
