Abstract: By reviewing the organization and implementation of “Hongsha-2021” Guangxi nuclear emergency joint exercises, this article summarizes the experience in the organization process and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions in order to improve the depth of provincial-level on-site and off-site joint exercises for nuclear emergency at nuclear power plants and further enhance the emergency response capacity of nuclear emergency organizations at all levels.
