Abstract: Pancreatic cancer is one of the most common malignant digestive tumors with high malignancy and poor five-year survival. Due to the biological behavior of tumor and local adjacency, pancreatic cancer is frequently invaded to adjacent portal vein, superior mesenteric vein, and splenic vein, making surgical resection difficult. For pancreatic cancer with invasion of spleno-mesenterico-portal confluence, the difficulty of surgical R 0 resection is further increased, so it is important to reasonably resect the invaded vessels and complete vascular reconstruction. In this research, we summarized the different revascularization approaches in our center, aiming to analyze the surgical treatment strategy for pancreatic cancer with invasion of spleno-mesenterico-portal confluence.
