Abstract: As a preclinical stage of Alzheimer′s disease, subjective cognitive decline has attracted extensive attention of researchers at home and abroad in recent years. At this stage, targeted intervention according to the influencing factors of subjective cognitive decline is an effective entry point to delay the occurrence of dementia. This paper summarized the evaluation method, influencing factors and preventive measures of subjective cognitive decline, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cognitive decline in the elderly.
