Abstract: 目的探讨以主动运动为主的社区康复训练对脑卒中恢复后期患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法将85例社区脑卒中恢复后期患者分为对照组42例和康复组43例。出院后，康复组继续在社区接受以主动运动为主的康复训练，对照组不再进行任何康复训练。结果经过90 d左右，康复组Barthel指数明显提高（P<0.01）。结论以主动运动为主的社区康复训练可提高偏瘫患者的日常生活活动能力。
