Abstract:
Objective: To explore the regulatory role of thioredoxin-interacting protein (TXNIP) in Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and therefore to elucidate its function in diabetic myocardial infarction. Methods: Diabetic myocardial infarction models were generated in mice.
