- Abstract: A 61-year-old male without a prior neurologic history presented with disturbances in consciousness and seizure that were suspected as related to the treatment of tuberculosis with isoniazid. The neurologic symptoms were resolved after isoniazid was discontinued. Clinicians should be aware of the possibility of neurologic symptoms with the use of this agent.
