Abstract: Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies and is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide, constituting a serious threat to human health. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer at multiple levels and plays critical regulatory roles. It plays important roles in the diagnosis, treatment and prognostic assessment of gastric cancer. This review focuses on the recent research advances in the clinical applications of lncRNA in gastric cancer.
