- Abstract: Multilocular cystic renal neoplasm of low malignant potential (MCRNLMP) is a rare subtype of renal cell carcinoma that has a favorable outcome. Most cases of MCRNLMP usually present as distinct multilocular cystic lesions; however, they may appear as small complicated cysts with hemorrhagic components. Herein, we present a case of MCRNLMP and provide a review of the literature.
