Abstract: Ozone has certain cytotoxicity due to its strong oxidation.However, with the progress of clinical research technology and the continuous upgrading of artificial ozone generation equipment, the application range of medical ozone continues to expand, and the role of chemical treatment is highlighted. Its clinical application effect has been fully affirmed. Because medical ozone can regulate and enhance the immune function of the body, medical ozone provides a new idea for clinical medical staff in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) patients. In this review, we will mainly describe the mechanism of medical ozone and its clinical application in HIV/AIDS patients, in order to help the safe application of medical ozone.
