Abstract: The cultivation of interdisciplinary talents for life science is still in the state of exploration. The 4I training mode includes four key elements, interdisciplinary course setting, integration of cross project, instruction and administration across whole research and innovational evaluation at the end. Based on the 4I training mode, systematic and targeted design and arrangement would enhance the training level of interdisciplinary talents of life science in universities.
