Abstract: Ectopic thyroid gland refers to the presence of thyroid tissue outside the normal position of the neck, which is relatively rare in clinical practice, and ectopic and cancer change is rare. This article focuses on a patient with "supraclavicular mass" as the first symptom admitted to the Thyroid Surgery Department of Binzhou People’s Hospital, After the operation, the pathology confirmed ectopic thyroid cancer with lymph node metastasis, and the imaging showed lung metastasis. This article summarizes the case data.
