Abstract: Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) is a kind of RNA without protein coding function. A large number of studies in recent years have shown that the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer (CRC) are closely related to the aberrant expression of ncRNAs. ncRNAs can be used as non-invasive biomarkers for early diagnosis of CRC. We review the research progress of ncRNAs in early diagnosis of CRC, and summarize the potential clinical value of ncRNAs detection, which can provide a theoretical basis for improving the early diagnosis rate of CRC.
