Abstract:
In order to ensure that children with Kawasaki disease avoid the risk of cardiovascular accidents and even sudden cardiac death during exercise, it is of important clinical significance to formulate scientific, effective and safe exercise guidance for all children with Kawasaki disease.Physical activity mainly includes three types: activities of daily living, leisure sports and competitive sports, which are divided into low-intensity, medium-intensity and high-intensity according to the activity intensity. All sports activities are a combination of static exercise and dynamic exercise.Increasing static exercise requires a higher percentage of maximum voluntary contraction, while increasing dynamic exercise requires a higher oxygen consumption. For all children with Kawasaki disease, physical activities and sports management should be carried out according to the risk of coronary artery disease. When giving exercise guidance, the four factors including exercise frequency, intensity, time and type should be fully considered based on medical history, physical examination and necessary auxiliary examinations, and should be dealt with from dynamic exercise and static exercise.Children will be given safe and beneficial individualized guidance to ensure the best physical condition.
