Abstract: Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is an oncologic disease with clonal proliferation of lymphocytes. In recent years, great advances have been made in the basic and clinical research of CLL. The 62nd American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting in 2020 presented a detailed report on the latest advance in basic research on these diseases, providing a deeper understanding of how CLL occurs and develops, and playing a guidance role in the clinical treatment.
