OBJECTIVE:To investigate the changes in function of CD8
METHODS:Flow cytometry was used to detect the expressions of PD-1, TIM-3, and LAG-3, which were the markers of exhausted CD8
RESULTS:The expressions of inhibitory receptors (PD-1, TIM3 and LAG-3) on CD8
CONCLUSION:The exhausted CD8
