Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To verify the clinical effect of acupuncture at "experienced ten acupoints" for functional dyspepsia (FD) of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
METHODS:A total of 96 patients with FD of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 48 cases in each group. In the observation group, "experienced ten acupoint" prescription was applied,acupoints included Shangwan (CV 13), Zhongwan (CV 12), Xiawan (CV 10), Qihai (CV 6), Tianshu (ST 25), Zusanli (ST 36) and Neiguan (PC 6). RESULTS:Compared before treatment, the symptom score after treatment was decreased in the observation group (
CONCLUSION:Acupuncture at "experienced ten acupoints" can improve symptoms in patients with FD of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, has the better clinical effect.
