- Abstract: Perineal involvement by metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is very rare, and there are only few reports on its radiological findings in the literature. Here, we present a case of a 76-year old female who presented with perineal pain caused by metastatic clear cell RCC. We discuss the radiological changes of the tumor before and after targeted therapy.
