- Abstract: Pregabalin can reduce the release of multiple neurotransmitters by acting on the voltagegated calcium channel of the nervous system.It is currently widely used in a variety of diseases,including neuropathic pain,generalized anxiety disorder,epilepsy and so on.In dermatology department,pregabalin also has a therapeutic effect on postherpetic neuralgia,prurigo nodularis,uremic pruritus,nerve-related pruritus and mentally relevant pruritus.
