Abstract:
Dementia is common in the aging group, person-centered care(PCC) has been widely regarded as the best caring approach for dementia residents by researchers. PCC includes two main approaches: dementia care mapping(DCM) and some treatment routes for exploring agitation(TREA). It has been verified that caregivers’ job satisfaction and competence can also be improved through such caring approach. However, theories about PCC has not been spread in China commonly, and there is still a few studies on it.
