Abstract:
Dysphagia, or swallowing impairment, is one of the common symptoms in patients with oral cancer, which may cause a variety of complications, negatively affects the patient′s treatment outcome and quality of life. This article summarizes the research status of dysphagia related to oral cancer surgery from three aspects of influencing factors, assessment tools and rehabilitation management, provides a theoretical basis for exploring early swallowing function, and provides guidance for patients′ rehabilitation.
