- Abstract: In general, the volume of a parathyroid adenoma is small and rarely causes local symptoms of compression. This case of huge parathyroid adenoma presents with dyspnea as the chief complaint and does not have a series of symptoms of hyperparathyroidism, which deserves our attention.
