Abstract:
Objective:To detect the expression of CCNB2 in human renal clear cell carcinoma and analyze its clinical significance. Methods:Bioinformatics was conducted to analyze the mRNA level of CCNB2 in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues and normal tissues, and to analyze the relationship between its expression and the survival rate of renal clear cell carcinoma patients. The clinical and pathological data of 98 patients with renal clear cell carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression level of CCNB2 protein in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues and healthy tissues adjacent to the cancer, and to analyze its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics of renal clear cell carcinoma patients. Results:The results of bioinformatics analysis showed that CCNB2 mRNA was highly expressed in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues, and was significantly correlated with the overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate of patients. Immunohistochemical results showed that CCNB2 was highly expressed in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues, but low or no expression in healthy tissues adjacent to the cancer. The high expression of CCNB2 in renal clear cell carcinoma tumor tissue was related to tumor stage and tumor size (all P<0.05), but not related to age, gender and tumor grade (all P>0.05). Conclusions:CCNB2 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of renal clear cell carcinoma, and it is expected to become an important therapeutic target and prognostic marker for renal clear cell carcinoma.
