Abstract: Abstract: Ovarian cancer is a gynecological malignant tumor with the highest fatality rate. It is characterized by concealed onset and poor prognosis. Recent studies have found that carbohydrate intake, food glycemic index and food glycemic load are closely related to the incidence of ovarian cancer. In this article, we summarize the current progress of the above-mentioned research and provide references for the prevention and future research of ovarian cancer.
