Methods: The original articles from 2014 to 2018 were retrieved from Web of Science Core Collection database of Web of Science platform by searching 'Thesaurus (TS)= (Helicobacter pylori) and (treatment or therapy)'. CiteSpace5.4. R4 (64-bit) was applied to analyze authors, institutions, key words, references, etc., and visual map was drawn. Results: A total of 2 489 articles were included. Kim JH, Suzuki H, Malfertheiner P published most of the literatures in the field of Hp therapy. Seoul National University, Baylor College of Medicine were the main institutions. The most frequent key words in the past five years were Helicobacter pylori, infection, eradication, Helicobacter pylori infection. Literatures with the highest frequency of co-citation were mainly concentrated in consensus and guideline literature, which constituted the basic knowledge and development trend in this field. The knowledge structure and evolution of Hp therapy field reflected the past research hotspots in this field. Conclusions: CiteSpace measurement analysis indicates that Hp antibiotic resistance and eradication programs are the focus and difficulty of future research.
