Abstract:
Gastric cancer is one of the most common digestive tract tumors, usually developed from the sequence of atrophy-intestinal metaplasia-dysplasia. The genetically engineered mice model via studying the pathogenic role of a specific gene in vivo can contribute significantly to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer, especially adenocarcinoma. This article summarized the construction methods, pathological phenotype, relevance with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and fields of application for providing a reference for clinical study and basic research.
