Abstract:
In recent years, chemoradiotherapy has been widely used in treatment of malignant tumor, not only kills cancer cells, but also damages bone marrow hematopoietic system and hematopoietic microenvironment, which can cause bone marrow suppression or damage. Evaluation of bone marrow function in early stage has become the focus of attention. The impact of chemoradiotherapy on bone marrow, and the evaluation methods of bone marrow function commonly used after chemoradiotherapy in malignant tumor patients were reviewed in this article.
