Abstract:
Radiomics is a method of converting digital medical images into mineable high-dimensional data, which can transform image "features" into biomarkers that help detect and localize tumors, and predict treatment responses. At present, radiomics has been applied to the diagnosis, treatment effect and prognosis evaluation of prostate cancer, and has achieved remarkable achievements, whereas its application to prostate cancer still faces challenges. The application progresses of radiomics in prostate cancer were reviewed in this article.
