- Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To understand the obstetric cesarean section perioperative use antimicrobial drugs to prevent, comparison and analysis of the clinical pharmacists in clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents intervention role. METHODS: There are 130 medical records of patients with cesarean section before intervention were collected from our hospital Jan-Mar. in 2012 and 142 medical records of patients after intervention in Apr-Jun. were collected. The rationality of antibiotics was analyzed. RESULTS: Compared with the before intervention rationality of perioperative antibiotics prophylaxis in the intervention group were significantly increased and irrationality were significantly decreased. The average duration of antibiotic prophylaxis in the intervention group was significantly shorter than before intervention. CONCLUSION: The rational use of drugs in the implementation of clinical pharmacists intervention measures is effective and feasible. Some problems should be further standardized, such as irrational selection of antibiotics and prolonged application.
